Airtel Thanks – Recharge & UPI App Reviews

This app doesn't let me recharge my prepaid plan! Either I get the error 'Gateway value is null or empty' or I get the message 'can't connect to the server, try again later'! There is no way to reach customer service using a phone number; short codes like 400 don't work.

The app does not allow to contact the support.

Super fast everything

App started out with many bugs, but each new update is very much improved. Working very well now!

Good app .. But there is no way to remove an account already added

Very handy if you have online banking setup...

User interface is truly bad, as usual Indian quality... I cant log off as the app does not have log off button.

The offers are not shown with correct information, recharged Rs401 for free 1gb, there was nothing mentioned that it is for blackberry. Customer care people are rude and are incapable of provide a solution, they suggested me to buy a blackberry phone to get rs401 used and said there is no way Airtel returns or gives benefits for the money paid for any bug in the app.

Good but fix to pay from abroad form out of India

It is simple to use, with minor know you can perform all actions, gives alerts of low balance, can add family members numbers and track their balance. You can recharge their balance whenever u get low balance alert. It makes this recharge process so simple for me. Thanks guys

Please update and arrange to Accept international credit cards

Very intuitive and neatly laid out.

No starts for such a worst company with worst service which always oriented in earning and charging more. But never wanted to give necessary equivalent service to customer.

Makes recharge easier, new feature releases could be done better, but overall I manage Recharges for all my airtel numbers from here and its a big time saver.
