Didnt appropriately update my bill amount Couldnt take payments multiple times Tried to request new 4g SIM card and had broken for field This is probably the most embarrassing app from a major company Ive ever seen

Nothing ever works in this app. It looks like people at Airtel are incentivized only to put something out in the wild, not really whether it actually benefits the customers.

As per the title it is good for bills and payment but does not work well with ported numbers specially inter state ported numbers.

Main thing missing in this app is bill due date! Only have option to pay but it should also show due date and reminder abt payment as we approach due date!

Looks like app got updated on DEC 03rd. From then my problem started when I put my mobile no its saying "something went wrong try again later".. Pls let me know what went wrong.

Never shows usage details correctly. Scared to use it.

So they lure you into schemes only to find later that it was a scam. Please pay through freecharge or paytm, you might get some discount or payback

Needs a better user interface that is simpler to use. App can be very confusing.

The app is not in sync with actual account balance, there is a lag which makes it unusable. Adding second account does not work and the app did not allow me to log out. Useless!!!

A great app for your account overview at a glance and to pay bills at ease. Much better than Vodafone app any day. Good job Airtel.
