Hey Airtel , where did the family share option go suddenly. I m not longer seeing in myairtel app. Without notifying the users you are removing the features and billing us on data usage.

That was quick and easy. Hassle free and convenient.

The app works as advertised, runs smoothly, transactions are completed without difficulty. Only annoying thing is that it requires data/wifi to run (obviously), but it doesnt warn you when your data is low, or about to expire. So if you run out of data, and dont have wifi, you cant use the app to get the data recharged.

Airtel has best 4g coverage in India. But it seriously lacks in customer service department. Its staffers in airtel stores are kids without any idea what they are doing (cannot differentiate between mobile hotspot and 3G data dongle). For its telephone customer service, they will take the queries and complaints and assure you that they will be resolved and make you run around different airtel stores and exchange Sims so that your problems will be fixed with magic sim exchange. And close down the complaints unilaterally without contacting the customer to check if their problems are resolved. Very poor customer service. Lets hope you dont encounter a problem with your connection.
