This app has my life more easy

Its really nice n very useful application....

Im from the USA and using the app in India. It wont work with absolutely any of my credit cards and reports an obscure, useless error message: "gateway value is null or empty." ... in spite of the fact I entered all necessary information... So I guess I will have no choice but to recharge my pre paid card at stores.

The app is informative and easy to navigate . However key features such as Airtel money are failing. My bank account was debited and the app gave some error message saying if we dont get it within 5 days the amount will be returned ...☹️ no .. thats not good enough !

Can be improved to take payment from more players

Apps is brilliant but need to be developed more as PC Version. If it can we haveto more familiar to what is happening to my account. Thanks youre support almost good and good day guys hav a great day so far

Waste of recharging through Airtel money, i recharged for 299(50000sec for 28days), but it is still asking to recharge as Im running out of balance

This is the 4 instance where all the added accounts in the app and online account have been deleted for no reason. I have about 6 accounts and adding them every time they get deleted is painful as the OTP and confirming also doesnt happen quick. Otherwise its just fine. Want to see ability to view the itemized billing details for at least the latest generated bill.

Most of the features are use full, it will be good if bill cycle is added and easily enable option to raise a complaint.

I urgently needed 500rs on my phone balance, recharged through my Airtel money via my Airtel app. 500 rs was deducted from my bank account, not showing in my phone balance nor in my Airtel money app. Useless app.

What is mpin no? I have typed in wrong no as iam not aware of what that is. It has blocked my transactions through airtel money now

App is throwing different type of errors everytime while recharging via Airtel Money without providing any next step to remediate the error. Needs improvement in user friendliness as well.

Tried to deactivate few services through app but not working at all. Frustrating!

It would be great if we had an option to use international cards too!!

Airtel has been deducting money from my account every month claiming it to be roaming charges and also I see that the amount is deducted further and there is no notification/reason for the same. And customer care is a joke. They promise to have forwarded the claim to a concerned dept and that someone will contact me with in a day or so but its been more than 10 days and every time they only say that they tried to call me and the call didnt go through. Then, I wonder how did they manage to call me the very first time when I sent the complain? Airtel is misleading and doping the customers. Not appreciated
