Simply one word.. awesome!! Everything in this app is soo easy and the important info. Is always visible. To manage your balance and to view new offers is soo easy. Loved it!!

Use Airtel if u want to pay for 4G and use Edge network. Bloody disgusting service

Easy to use. Wish I didnt have to pay for 30p per minute discount every 28 days on my or-paid.

Good and useful app. It shows nice and essential information about your account and bill payments through app is also easy.

Clutters your messages with specials just for you. You get so many nothing seem important. Airtel personnel dont know how to stop all these notifications. My guess the people that are responsible dont use it otherwise they would do something. They are like an annoying fly.

Waste of time

Hi, This is the worst ever app ever used. Airtel is very famous in deducting money from account. Money deductions always go successful but most of the times recharge doesnt reflect even when payment is made. Once we approach Airtel for this, they provide worst level of service. Very very disappointed Airtel

I have tried several times to change my plans but not once have I been able to do so from the app. I have even complained to the company several times to no avail

The app works as advertised, runs smoothly, transactions are completed without difficulty. Only annoying thing is that it requires data/wifi to run (obviously), but it doesnt warn you when your data is low, or about to expire. So if you run out of data, and dont have wifi, you cant use the app to get the data recharged.

Quick and easy

Application not working at all, stuck on authentication from 3 days, customer care is not aware of anything! Asking me to talk to apple if its not working! Strage!

Most of the time one gets a message to try again later... If u want to recharge just go to airtel website

the app is quite simple and effective..I use a prepaid number and it makes it quite easy to recharge my credit on the fly, check balance and activate or deactivate services like hello tunes with a simple touch :) have not used the other services like accessing ur Airtel tv or broadband so cant comment on them...expecting even more services to be integrated into the app like Airtel money etc

Dont download this its just a waste of money ( sending that SMS) and it is insecure to do Internet transfers on a mobile. Just useless.

App is very user friendly.

Has not updated my balance since the time I installed it. Wonder how they released it without even basic testing. Unfortunately, could not rate lower than 1 star.
